14 oz. bag of Fall Harvest Pasta, or 8 oz. field of Good Day Pasta (or no matter form you favor, you’ll use the suitable quantity of sauce for the quantity of pasta you prepare dinner!)

34 cups (approx. 1 ½ kilos) cubed butternut squash (1 inch cubes); I purchase the precut squash from Dealer Joe’s or Costco, though you should still need to cube the precut items

2 T. olive oil

¾ cup half and half

¾ cup low sodium rooster or vegetable broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish

Recent sage or parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 levels.

Toss butternut squash and garlic in bowl with oil and season with the salt and black pepper. Unfold on a baking sheet and place in center rack in oven.  Roast for roughly 30-40 minutes, tossing about half method by way of, till squash is tender and caramelized.
